1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Simplest Admin V2. Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• The Product has a critical technical defect that we cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe
• The Product significantly differs from its description
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Beyond the money-back guarantee period
• Change of mind (beyond the guarantee period)
• License has been revoked (due to Terms of Service violations)
