1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Simplest Admin V2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on authorized sites.

3. License Activation

The Product requires activation through a valid License Key. The number of allowed activation sites depends on your purchased plan.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product code
  • Use the Product on more sites than permitted by your license

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Product belong to Simplest Admin V2. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplest Admin V2 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Product.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any provision of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
